Purpose:

To consider a report of the Director of Economy, Transport and Environment introducing a formal process for offering a School Crossing Patrol as a sold service through a service level agreement with schools, the purpose of which is to allow schools and community groups to fund a School Crossing Patrol where the assessment criteria for a Hampshire County Council funded service is not met. The report also recommends taking the opportunity to consolidate current operating procedures and National guidance into a single policy document.
