Decision:
That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effects of which will be to
impose a 40mph speed limit (existing de-restricted) on that length
of C358 Bournemouth Road between a point 295 metres south-west of
its roundabout junction (formally known as the Carrefour
roundabout) which links Templars Way, Chestnut Avenue and the
access road to the hypermarket and a point 300 metres south-west of
that point.
The order will revoke and re-enact the provisions contained in an
existing order with no change of substance save for the addition
described above and minor amendments to descriptions for the
purposes of clarity.
