1.1. That a letter of intent be issued to
Morgan Sindall to proceed with works to reinstate the internal fire
damaged areas of Three Ministers House following the fire on 18th
September 2017. The works to be limited under the letter of intent
to a maximum value of £100,000. The proposed contract will be
based on a JCT Prime Cost Contract 2011 and is subject to a
separate approval.
