Decision details

1. That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to impose 30mph speed limit on the following lengths of road at Ringwood.
(a) Crow Lane from a point 291 metres north of the junction with Moortown Lane to the eastern junction with Hightown Road, an approximate distance of 746 metres.
(b) Crow Arch Lane from a point 20 metres south of its junction with Coniston Road and its junction with Crow Lane, an approximate distance of 799 metres.
(c) Hightown Road between a point 18 metres north-east of the eastern spur of Crow Lane and its junction with Hightown Gardens, an approximate distance of 113 metres north west thereof.
The order will also revoke/part-revoke and re-enact with no change of substance the provisions contained in a number of existing orders save for minor amendments to descriptions for clarity and the addition of the above two limits.
