1.1. The Handlebar Café was awarded a
grant of £50,000 on 21 March 2017 on condition that the South
Downs National Park also awarded a grant of £50,000 towards
the costs of building the café on the outskirts of
Winchester.
1.2. The decision is to change the condition to Sport England
awarding a grant of £50,000.
