Purpose:
That the Director of Culture, Communities and
Business Services (Strategic Manager – Assets and
Development) be authorised to accept a tender submission, to
include the release of any required capital funding and site
transfers, on the basis set out in this report and appendices to
support the development and operation of the three Extra Care
schemes at Bulmer House in Petersfield (including replacement Day
Centre facilities), Addenbrooke in Gosport, and Fernmount in New
Milton.
