Purpose:
To consider a report from the Director of
Public Health seeking approval to spend for the procurement of
substance misuse services in Hampshire. The service will include
adults, young people and pharmacy drug treatment
services.
Decision:
That the Executive Member for Public Health gives approval to procure and spend for Substance Misuse Services up to the maximum value of £61.37 million, for a maximum contract term of 7 years (5 years with an option to extend for a period or periods of up to 2 years) commencing on 1 July 2018 and delegates authority to the Director of Public Health to enter into and finalise terms of the agreement with NHS England.
