Hampshire Alliance for Rural Affordable Housing (HARAH) (1)

 

HARAH was formed in 2005 whose main aim is to increase the supply of affordable housing in the rural villages of Hampshire. Officers within the HARAH partnership work with the local community, usually represented by the Parish Council, to identify land and develop suitable affordable housing to meet the need.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Community Foundation Board

The Foundation was set up earlier this year to make decisions on Trust funds which were previously managed by the County Council.

The Advisory Board was set up earlier this year to allow the consolidation of Trust funds which were previously managed by the County Council.

Hampshire Rural Forum (1)

 

Hampshire Rural Forum (set up in June 2016) comprises organisations, groups and individuals who have a concern for the economic prosperity and well-being of businesses and communities in rural Hampshire. Members include:

·         Hampshire and Isle of Wight LGA

·         Hampshire Association of Local Councils

·         Action Hampshire

Whitehill and Bordon Strategy Board (1)

 

·         new body set up in Jan 2014to govern the comprehensive redevelopment and regeneration of the land and buildings vacated by the closure of the Bordon Army Garrison

·         The Committee is to act as a means of consultation in relation to Southampton International Airport Limited and is made up of 26 Members representing local authorities, residents, businesses and the Airport
