2.1. Authority for the making of an initial
order was given through delegated powers on 26th February 2018.
However, after the order was made on 5th April 2018, and
subsequently advertised, the applicant was not in agreement with
alignment of the proposed route shown on the Order plan.
2.2. The proposed route will have a 2.5 metre wide grass track,
which is post and rail fenced on one side, hedging on the
other.
2.3. The plan attached shows a revised route that has been agreed
with the applicant.
