To consider a report of the Chief Executive. Director of Corporate Resources. Director of Transformation and Governance and Director of Culture, Communities and Business Services  regarding Transformation to 2019

savings proposals.

To consider a report of the Director of Economy, Transport and Environment regarding proposals for enhancement works in Romsey Town Centre (Bell Street and Market Place).

To consider a report of the Director of Transformation and Governance – Corporate Services regarding requests received for financial assistance from the Policy and Resources grants budget.

To consider a report of the Director of Transformation and Governance – Corporate Services regarding appointments on outside bodies.

To resolve that the public be excluded from the meeting during the following items of business, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during these items there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the reports.

To consider an exempt report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Business Services providing an update and seeking approval to expenditure for one of the new build projects in Tranche 1 of the Programme.

To consider an exempt report of the Director of Corporate Resources – Corporate Services seeking approval to procure support for partnership on-boarding.

To consider an exempt report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Business Services  seeking approval for a number of routine transactions.
