That the Countryside Access Group Manager
approves the making of an Order under Section 53 of the Wildlife
and Countryside Act 1981 to record public footpath and Section 118
of the Highways Act, to extinguish West End Footpath No 15 and
record rights via a Definitive Map Modification Order.
