1. That the Director, in consultation with the
head of legal services to progress any necessary consents, legal
agreements rights or easements or statutory procedures, approves
the details of the Wallington Flood Alleviation Programme, as set
out in this paper.
2. That the Director gives approval to procure, spend and enter
into necessary contractual arrangements to implement this scheme,
at a total estimated cost of £91,000.00, to be funded from
the County Council's Flood Risk and Coastal Defence
Programme.
