That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effects of which will be to
introduce no waiting at any time on the unnamed road into the new
retirement village at Friary Meadow, Cartwright Drive, Titchfield,
Fareham and into the new car park leading off this new
road.
