The Decision:
1.1. That approval be given to the sale of Land at Pamber Heath Road, Pamber Heath, Pamber as outlined in this report.
1.2. That the Director of Culture, Communities and Business Services (Strategic Manager – Assets and Development) be authorised to settle the detailed terms and conditions including any adjustments to the purchase price that may be required to conclude the sale.
1.3. That the Director of Culture, Communities and Business Services (Strategic Manager - Assets and Development) be authorised to enter into any necessary planning and/or legal agreements to secure planning consent for the scheme.
