That the Executive Member for Public Health gives approval to procure and spend for Substance Misuse Services up to the maximum value of £61.37 million, for a maximum contract term of 7 years (5 years with an option to extend for a period or periods of up to 2 years) commencing on 1 July 2018 and delegates authority to the Director of Public Health to enter into and finalise terms of the agreement with NHS England.
