That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effects of which will be to prohibit vehicles from driving on that superseded length of C351 Stoneham Lane between its junction with C351 Stoneham Way (Link Road) and a point 173 metres south-west thereof. An exemption will be included for pedal cycles. As the junction with Stoneham Way (Link Road) is to be closed off to motorised vehicles the existing no right and left turns order is no longer required and is therefore to be revoked.
