Decisions made

1. That the Director, in consultation with the head of legal services to progress any necessary consents, legal agreements rights or easements or statutory procedures, approves the details of the Wallington Flood Alleviation Programme, as set out in this paper.
2. That the Director gives approval to procure, spend and enter into necessary contractual arrangements to implement this scheme, at a total estimated cost of £91,000.00, to be funded from the County Council's Flood Risk and Coastal Defence Programme.

1.1. That a Single Tender Approval (STA) to the value of £90,810 (for a period of 3 years) is required to move to a Cloud based subscription for Meeting Room Booking Software with existing supplier Condeco in order to provide business continuity.

That a Traffic Order be made under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce a 30mph speed limit between a point 16 metres north of its junction with the B3349 Basingstoke Road and a point 110 metres north of its junction with The Goldings.

Update on the Project Manydown, Basingstoke

To consider a report of the Director of Economy, Transport and Environment regarding the Waste Contract and Infrastructure and Land Strategy.

The purpose of this report is to outline the detailed savings proposals for Policy and Resources that have been developed as part of the Transformation to 2021 (Tt2021) Programme.

The Purpose of this paper is the proposed transaction(s) shown in the schedule be approved.

1.1. Alamein Community Association was awarded £5,000 Community Investment Fund award on 14 January 2019 on condition a new lease is secured.
1.2. The decision is to remove the condition and pay the award to the organisation.

1.1. That additional funding of £73,574.00 is approved to complete the project to re-roof the lower school block at Church Crookham Junior School
1.2. That a contract is entered into with Salnor Services for the work following a competitive tender through the Minor Works Framework roofing lot
1.3. That the funding for these schemes is from the School Condition Allocation budget

1.1. That the Director of Culture, Communities and Business Services (Assistant Director – Property Services) agrees to the HCC Payment (Additional Consideration) and settle detailed terms and conditions including Allowable Expenditure as set out within the briefing note and the Option and Uplift Agreements between Hampshire County Council and the developer of the site.
