To make a prescribed alteration to WOLVERDENE SPECIAL SCHOOL, 22 Love Lane, Andover, SP10 2AF category of schools – Special) by increasing the capacity of the school, with effect from 1 September 2019.

1.1 That the authority is given for the dedication, under Section 1 of the Localism Act 2011, of bridleway rights over two routes on Yateley Common.

That an Order is made under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, to divert part of Mapledurwell and Up Nately Bridleway 13.

That an Order is made under Section 119 Highways Act 1980, to divert part of Fordingbridge Footpath 68

That an Order is made under Section 118 Highways Act 1980, to extinguish Havant Footpath 9, which will address a long-standing anomaly on the Definitive Map.

1.1 This is an application made by a member of the Hampshire Countryside Access Forum in 2015 under Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, to record a footpath in Stratfield Turgis. The application is supported by historic documentary evidence that the applicant believes demonstrates that a Public Right of Way should be recorded.
1.2 Having considered the evidence submitted with the application, and undertaken additional research of historic documentary evidence, it is considered that there are insufficient grounds to record a footpath along the route.

1.1. That authority is given for the dedication of bridleway rights, offered by Baughurst Parish Council to be accepted. The dedication is of land adjacent to the recorded line of part of Bridleway 1, and of land to the south of the current termination of the recorded line of Footpath 4. The width of the dedicated bridleway is 2.5 metres; the width of the dedicated footpath is 1.5 metres.

1.2. That authority is given under the provisions of section 118 of the Highways Act (1980) to extinguish part of Bridleway 1 adjacent to the proposed dedicated bridleway rights as it will not be needed for use by the public following the dedication.

That a Traffic Order be made under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce a 40mph speed limit (existing national speed limit) covering the following length of road: Hitches Lane between a point 300 metres south of its roundabout junction with Emerald Drive and a point 240 metres north of its junction with Pilcot Road.

1.1 To merge the four coronial areas in Hampshire into one, under the management of Hampshire County Council.

That a traffic order be implemented in accordance with the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effects of which will be to introduce no waiting at any time in the vicinity of the existing junction of Burnetts Lane with the existing access road to Chalcroft Business Park as described in the Decision Record.
