To consider a report of the Director of
Economy, Transport and Environment detailing a high-level summary
of progress and delivery within the capital programme and
confirming the year end position for 2017/18. In addition this
paper provides a short narrative summary on early progress of the
capital programme in 2018/19 and provides recommendations for
changes to the programme in 2018/19 and beyond.
