Consolidation and Review of School Crossing Patrol Policy

To consider a report of the Director of Economy, Transport and Environment introducing a formal process for offering a School Crossing Patrol as a sold service through a service level agreement with schools, the purpose of which is to allow schools and community groups to fund a School Crossing Patrol where the assessment criteria for a Hampshire County Council funded service is not met.
