Purpose:

Hampshire has been successful in attracting new work from West Sussex County Council (WSCC), who have recently taken a decision to delegate the pension administration for their local government pension scheme (LGPS) and fire pension schemes to Hampshire, and wish to complete the migration by March 2019.

The purpose of this paper is to seek approval to amend the existing contract with Civica for the provision of pension administration software, to enable the on-boarding of West Sussex County Council.

The detail of the requested contract change is contained in the confidential appendix to this report.
