Purpose:
To consider a report of the Director of
Children's Services. The purpose of this report is to seek approval
from the Executive Member for Education and Skills to move to a SEN
Banding Framework for the allocation of EHCP top-up funding to
mainstream schools.
This report summarises the proposed changes to the current system
and the public consultation responses. It highlights the areas of
concern that were raised and mitigating actions.
