That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to prohibit vehicles proceeding on the east-bound carriageway of
A335 Leigh Road from making a U-turn
manoeuvre at the end of the central reservation at the junction of
A335 Leigh Road with C351 Passfield Avenue and C354 Woodside Avenue
so as to proceed in the opposite direction on the carriageway of
A335 Leigh
Road in a west-bound direction.
