That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to prohibit vehicles from making a right turn manoeuvre from
U148 New Road onto A326 Long Lane and heading north-west into
Hardley Roundabout and from making a right turn manoeuvre into U148
New Road from A326 Long Lane.
