That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to impose a 30mph speed limit and extend the existing 40mph
speed limit in specified lengths of Henry
Cort Way as follows:
30mph
Between its junction with Rowner Road and a point approximately 342
metres north-west thereof.
40mph
Between a point 342 metres north-west of its junction with Rowner
Road and a point 74 metres south-east of the centreline of its
junction with the Tichborne Way bridge at Gosport, an approximate
distance of 646 metres.
