Decision:
That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to;
1. Cause traffic travelling in the length of Lynchford Road (Old
Section) between its western junction with Lynchford Road and its
junction with St Albans Roundabout to travel in a westerly
direction.
2. Cause traffic travelling in the length of Lynchford Road (Old
Section) between its western junction with Lynchford Road to travel
in a northerly and easterly direction to its eastern junction with
Lynchford Road.
3. Prohibit vehicles from making a right turn manoeuvre from its
eastern junction with Lynchford Road (Old Section) into Lynchford
Road.
4. Prohibit vehicles from making a right turn manoeuvre from
Lynchford Road into its junction with Lynchford Road (Old
Section).
