That a traffic order be implemented with the
consent of Highways England under the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984, the effects of which will be to impose a 40mph speed limit
(existing 50mph) on the following lengths of road and trunk road at
Kings Worthy: please see Decision Record. The order will
revoke/part revoke existing two orders and consolidate them with no
change of substance, save for the amendments described in the
Decision Record.
