Decision details

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to introduce a 40 miles per hour speed limit on A33 Basingstoke – Reading Road between a point 117 metres south of the entrance leading to Redlands Lodge and a point 269 metres north-east its junction with U225 Wildmoor Lane, an approximate distance of 1474 metres. This will replace part of the current 50 miles per hour speed limit currently in force on A33 Basingstoke – Reading Road; the rest shall remain at 50 miles per hour.
