To consider a report of the Director of Economy, Transport and Environment regarding the current position with regards to implementation of the Hampshire Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) cross border resident’s charging scheme vehicle registration system, and proposed agreements with neighbouring authorities including the current transitional arrangements with West Berkshire Council.
