To seek approval from the Executive Member for Public Health to spend for Tier 2 Adult Weight Management Service up to the maximum value of £2,290,000, for a maximum contract term of 6 years (4 years with an option to extend for a period or periods of up to a total of 2 years) commencing on 1 October 2021.
