To consider a report of the Director of Economy, Transport and Environment seeking approval for a staged approach to securing the final design and delivery of Phase 3 of Botley Bypass, including an initial stage of securing early engagement with an experienced contractor to complete the complex design; acquire the necessary approvals; improve cost certainty; and a second stage (subject to further approval) to deliver the scheme and its associated works at an estimated current cost of up to £23.112 million.
