Declarations of interest All Members who believe they have a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and, having regard to Part 3 Paragraph 1.5 of the County Council's Members’ Code of Conduct, leave the meeting while the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with Paragraph 1.6 of the Code. Furthermore all Members with a Personal Interest in a matter being considered at the meeting should consider, having regard to Part 5, Paragraph 4 of the Code, whether such interest should be declared, and having regard to Part 5, Paragraph 5 of the Code, consider whether it is appropriate to leave the meeting while the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with the Code. restoration of Roke Manor Quarry is required to be completed (No.
24/00739/CMAS) at Roke Manor Quarry, Salisbury Road, Shootash, Hampshire SO51 6GA 1. Planning permission was GRANTED for planning application 24/00736/CMAS to extend the time within which the total site restoration of Roke Manor Quarry is to be completed, to 15 years from the date of commencement of the bell mouth access onto the A27, subject to: a. The update report b. The conditions listed in Appendix A1 c. The deed of variation to the existing Section 106 legal agreement (to extend the long-term management of the adjacent woodland and the restored land under the haul road causeway), which will then link the end date of the long term woodland management plan to when the aftercare period is signed off by the development, and; d. A deed of variation to the existing Section 106 legal agreement will update the planning application reference so that it can continue to bind the varied permission sought.
