To consider a report seeking approval for the reduction of funding for Mental Health Wellbeing Services in Hampshire. Hampshire County Council funding comes from 2 separate funding sources; its Public Health budget and its Adult Social Care budget. The funding that the County Council is proposing to cease is the Adult Social Care element.

To consider a report seeking permission to spend to enable contracts for care into people’s own home, including domiciliary care, extra care, live-in care and reablement services to be called off under a framework by the County Council and potentially the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board.

To consider a report seeking spend approval to recommission the Rapid Support Service (RSS) contracts across the county and spend approval to recommission the Short Term Services (STS) Live-In Care (LIC) for the North-East (Frimley) over a three-year period commencing from 1st April 2025. 

To consider a report seeking approval to spend for drug and alcohol treatment services from 1 July 2025 to 31 March 2032.

To consider a report seeking approval to spend an additional £20 million above the existing permission for the Public Health Nursing Service, to fund the nationally agreed Agenda for Change pay awards for NHS staff. At the time of the original decision, seeking permission to spend prior to procuring the current Public Health Nursing service, the details of these pay awards were not known.  

To consider a report seeking approval to open a grant scheme for district and borough councils in Hampshire to increase participation in active travel.

To make Outside Body appointments to maintain appropriate representation on committees and bodies within the community.
