The role of the Health and Wellbeing Board is
for the purpose of advancing the health and wellbeing of the people
of Hampshire and to encourage persons who arrange for the provision
of any health or social care services in Hampshire to work in an
integrated manner.
The Health and Wellbeing Board agrees a
‘Joint
Health and Wellbeing Strategy’. The current strategy has been agreed for
2019-2024. The Board has a more
detailed business plan which sits alongside the strategy, to
outline how it monitors progress on the strategy’s delivery
each year.
