1.1. Westside Community Association was
awarded £25,000 Community Buildings Capital Fund on 4 October
2016 towards an extension at the Russell Howard Pavilion.
1.2. The decision is to change the purpose of grant to support a
revised capital project in two stages, converting an area into
community space in phase one and then refurbishing toilets in phase
two, subject to available funds remaining.
