1.1. That the Director of Culture, Communities
and Business Services (Assistant Director – Property
Services) agrees to the HCC Payment (Additional Consideration) and
settle detailed terms and conditions including Allowable
Expenditure as set out within the briefing note and the Option and
Uplift Agreements between Hampshire County Council and the
developer of the site.
