That the Director of Culture, Communities and
Business Services approves the extension of the appointment under
Regulation 72 of the Public Contract Regulations (2015) of the
multi-disciplinary planning and design consultant Tibbalds Campbell
Reith JV in order to complete their commission in relation to the
Manydown site in Basingstoke, in accordance with delegation
afforded under Standing Orders.
