Act 1990 (TCPA 1990) is made by Countryside Access Group
Manager.
Delegated authority is given to the Chief Officer with
responsibility for this subject area, i.e. Director of CCBS, under
the “Town and Country Planning and Development Control
exercisable by the County Council, as specified in Schedule 1, Part
A of the Functions Regulations” (Constitution Part 2, Chapter
2, Para 1, Table 1).
