That the made Order to record a restricted
byway between Hulfords Lane and Springwell Lane with a variable
width of 2.3 and 19 metres be rescinded and a
new Order made to record a restricted byway with a width of 40 feet
along this route. This reflects the width set down in the Elvetham
Enclosure Award of
1815.
