That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to prohibit vehicles from making left and right turn manoeuvres
at the junction of School Lane and Farnham Road as follows:
(i) No left turn from School Lane into Farnham Road: and (ii) No
right turn from Farnham Road into School Lane.
