1. That the Director approves the increase in
value in the 2018/19 capital programme from £135,000 to
£203,500.
2. That the Director approves the details of the Winchester Road
corridor, Andover, as set out in this paper.
3. That the Director gives approval to procure, spend and enter
necessary contractual arrangements to implement this scheme, at a
total estimated cost of £203,500, to be funded from a
combination of Developer Contributions and Local Resources.
