1.1 That the Strategic Manager Countryside
gives the authority for an Order to be made under Section 118 of
the Highways Act 1980, to extinguish two unrecorded
footpaths in Havant Borough.
1.2 A plan of proposed routes to be extinguishment is shown on the
plan
attached.
