That authority be given for the County Council
as lessor on behalf of itself and Basingstoke and Deane Borough
Council to terminate the Farm Business Tenancy
dated 20th February 1996 in respect of part of the Manydown land in
Basingstoke to which the FBT relates, as detailed in the
confidential appendices, in accordance with the approvals given by
the Executive Member for Policy and Resources at meetings of 24th
July 2018 and 14th July 2020 in respect of securing vacant
possession.
