That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to prohibit motor vehicles in that part of Coldeast Drive
between its junction with the access road leading to The Mansion
and its junction with Stable Yard Mews, an approximate distance of
10 metres.
