That the Assistant Director Regeneration and
Growth (Culture and Communities), Hampshire 2050 authorises the
acceptance of the gifting of the Licoricia of Winchester Statue
from The Licoricia of Winchester Appeal charity to Hampshire County
Council upon the terms of the proposed Deed of Gift as negotiated
between the The Licoricia of Winchester Appeal charity and
Hampshire Council with advice from Legal Services and authorises
the Deed of Gift to be entered into by Hampshire County
Council.
