That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to vary The Hampshire (East Hampshire (Parking Places and Prohibition of Stopping, waiting, Loading/Unloading and Clearway) Consolidation Order 2012 by the addition
to Schedule 2 (no waiting at any time) of the following lengths of road in Bordon:
(i) Hogmoor Road, both sides, between a point 15 metres south of its junction with ‘The Fairway’ and a point 180 metres north of that point.
(ii) The Fairway, both sides, between its junction with Hogmoor Road and a point 15 metres east thereof.
(iii) Heatherfields Way, both sides, between its junction with Hogmoor Road and a point 10 metres west thereof.

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to implement a prohibition of driving restriction along the Hare Lane spur in Hordle for a distance of approximately 26 meters from east to west and then a prohibition of driving (except for Access) for approximately 35 meters until its junction with Hare Lane and Lavender Road.

To consider a report of the Director of Economy, Transport and Environment regarding the evolving impacts across the highways service of rapidly rising costs and the increasingly limited availability of key materials as a direct consequence of the current global situation. The report recommends that normal highway maintenance services are maintained as far as possible to ensure the decline in the condition of the highway network is not increased.
