That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to vary The Hampshire (East Hampshire (Parking Places and Prohibition of Stopping, waiting, Loading/Unloading and Clearway) Consolidation Order 2012 by the addition
to Schedule 2 (no waiting at any time) of the following lengths of road in Bordon:
(i) Hogmoor Road, both sides, between a point 15 metres south of its junction with ‘The Fairway’ and a point 180 metres north of that point.
(ii) The Fairway, both sides, between its junction with Hogmoor Road and a point 15 metres east thereof.
(iii) Heatherfields Way, both sides, between its junction with Hogmoor Road and a point 10 metres west thereof.

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to implement a prohibition of driving restriction along the Hare Lane spur in Hordle for a distance of approximately 26 meters from east to west and then a prohibition of driving (except for Access) for approximately 35 meters until its junction with Hare Lane and Lavender Road.

To consider a report of the Director of Economy, Transport and Environment regarding the evolving impacts across the highways service of rapidly rising costs and the increasingly limited availability of key materials as a direct consequence of the current global situation. The report recommends that normal highway maintenance services are maintained as far as possible to ensure the decline in the condition of the highway network is not increased.

A previous Project Appraisal was approved on 23 September 2021, but the scheme costs have risen significantly.

To consider a report of the Director of Economy, Transport and Environment regarding named schemes within the Portsmouth and South-East Hampshire’s Transforming Cities Fund (TCF) programme and seeking approval to vary the programme and to progress and implement recommended schemes on behalf of Hampshire County Council in Partnership with Portsmouth City Council.

To consider a report of the Director of Economy, Transport and Environment seeking approval to implement the Eling to Holbury Cycle scheme as part of the Southampton and South West Hampshire Transforming Cities Funded (“TCF”) Programme of highway works.

To change the Coroners Service telephone opening times from 8.30 – 16.00 Monday to Friday to 9.00 – 16.00 Monday to Friday

1.1 That the Countryside Strategic Manager gives the authority for an Order to be made under Section 119 Highways Act 1980, to divert part of Selborne Footpath 32.
1.2 A 1 metre-wide path is proposed to the east of the original route over a new footbridge which was replaced due to bank erosion of the original position.

1.2 A 2 metre-wide field edge path is proposed, north of the definitive path, as detailed on the location plan.

a) Up to £25,000 for lease/rental costs
b) Up to £250,000 for sale or purchase capital cost
