The Director of Children's Services approves Greenery Nursery School is recommended for an award of £4,500 from the Childcare Sustainability Grant to contribute towards on-going salary and business costs to support the setting while it experiences the slow return of families following the COVID pandemic.

1. That the Director of Economy Transport and Environment approves the Project Appraisal of the 'Whitehill Bordon Outer Villages: Kingsley Traffic
Calming Measures’ (“the Scheme”) as set out in this paper.
2. That the Director gives approval to procure, spend and enter into contractual arrangements for the implementation of the Scheme at a total estimated cost
of £110k, to be funded from Section 106 funding.

1. That the Director approves the details of the Abbey Road/Shakespeare Road Pedestrian and Cycle Improvements Phase 2 as set out in this paper.
2. That the Director gives approval to procure, spend and enter into necessary contractual arrangements to implement this scheme, at a total estimated cost of £133k, to be funded from a developer S106 contributions.
3. That the Director gives approval, in consultation with the Head of Legal Services, to progress all appropriate orders, legal agreements, deeds of dedication, notices or statutory procedures and secure any consents, licences, permissions, rights or easements necessary to enable the Abbey Road/Shakespeare Road Pedestrian and Cycle Improvements Phase 2 scheme to be implemented.

To implement a revised set of Hampshire Archives and Local Studies’ (HALS’s) fees and charges with effect from 1 October 2021.

That authority be given for the County Council as lessor on behalf of itself and Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council to terminate the Farm Business Tenancy

Hampshire County Council, in its capacity as Commons Registration Authority for Hampshire, received an application under Section 15 of the Commons Act 2006, for the registration of land at Dyson Drive, Winchester, as a town or village green. It asserted that the land should be registered as town or village green because it has been used by a significant number of the inhabitants of a locality (or neighbourhood in a locality) for lawful sports and pastimes for at least 20 years, and they continue so to use it.
