That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to;
1. Cause traffic travelling in the length of Lynchford Road (Old Section) between its western junction with Lynchford Road and its junction with St Albans Roundabout to travel in a westerly direction.
2. Cause traffic travelling in the length of Lynchford Road (Old Section) between its western junction with Lynchford Road to travel in a northerly and easterly direction to its eastern junction with Lynchford Road.
3. Prohibit vehicles from making a right turn manoeuvre from its eastern junction with Lynchford Road (Old Section) into Lynchford Road.
4. Prohibit vehicles from making a right turn manoeuvre from Lynchford Road into its junction with Lynchford Road (Old Section).

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to implement a with-flow bus lane on that length of the south-bound carriageway of Alexandra Road at Farnborough between a point approximately 35 metres south of its junction with Queens Road and its roundabout junction with Lynchford Road, with a width throughout of 3.2 metres.

1. That the Director approves the Project Appraisal for the East Woodhay Transport and Accessibility Measures, as set out in this paper.
2. That the Director gives approval to procure, spend and enter into necessary contractual arrangements to implement this scheme, at a total estimated cost of £340,000, to be funded from S106 Developer Contributions.
3. That the Director gives approval, in consultation with the Head of Legal Services, to progress all appropriate orders, legal agreements, deeds of dedication, notices or statutory procedures and secure any consents, licences, permissions, rights or easements necessary to enable the East Woodhay Transport and Accessibility Measures scheme to be implemented.

To implement a revised set of Hampshire Archives and Local Studies’ (HALS’s) fees and charges with effect from 1 September 2022.
To increase selected fees and charges, having benchmarked them with other local authorities who are providing archive services at a similar level, and to make some adjustments, ensuring fees and charges accord with inflationary rises and to reflect the true cost of providing these services.

Decision:

Hampshire County Council is the Commons Registration Authority for the purpose of exercising functions under the Commons Act 2006. An application (ref. VG276) has been made by Petersfield Town Council under Section 15(8) of the Commons Act 2006 for the voluntary registration of land at Borough Hill, Petersfield (‘The Land’) as a town or village green. The Town Council is the freeholder of the land, and the Registration Authority is therefore required to grant the application provided other conditions are met. Those conditions appear to be met in this instance, and so it follows that the application must be accepted.
