That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effects of which will be to extend the current 30mph speed limit (Restricted Road) on Heath House Lane between a point 119 metres east of its junction with Sherwood Avenue (existing 40mph sign) and a point 130 metres north-east of Barnfield Way, the new access road into the Sundays Hill development. Barnfield Way will also be a Restricted Road by virtue of a system of street lighting.
2. The proposed order shall revoke and re-enact the same provisions as contained in The Hampshire (Various Roads, Hedge End)(Variations to Speed Limits) Order 1981 - items Schedule I (ii) and Schedule II (i) only and The Hampshire County Council (Restricted Roads)(No. 8) Order 1962 - item 12 only.
