1.1. To approve the call-off from the ESPO
Framework for the Supply of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) for the
initial period from 01 November 2022 to 31 October 2024 with an
option of two additional one-year extensions taking the agreement
to a possible end date of 31 October 2026.
1.2. The annual value of the supply is c. £87,500 per annum
or £350,000 for the maximum contract duration including
extension (based on current volume and market prices).
